Refund Policy

At ELORA, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
✅ Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
✅ Item must be in the same condition as received
✅ Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Used beauty devices

  • Opened skincare or health products

  • Items marked as final sale

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may still qualify for a replacement or refund (see below).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✅ Order number
✅ Photos/video of the issue
✅ Photos of the packaging

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if damaged/defective)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

✅ If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
